Rain Rain Go Away!

It's been raining on the East Coast of the US since last Thursday. It's been off and on, but mostly on. There is flooding and marshy ground. About a mile or two down the road there is a car completely submerged under water, on a major road. I know I am whining, but there is only so much rain a person can stand!
