Is Couponing Worth It?
I have been out of work since June and I thought I'd try to save some more money grocery shopping. I already hit the loss-leader sales, stock up, compare prices. So, I decided to try couponing. I started collecting coupons and I joined a couple of coupon swaps online. Now I am trying to match up the coupons with the sales (which is what the expert couponers recommend). I am getting so tired of looking at/handling coupons! I have to wonder if it is really worth the time and extra effort. I have been spending hours on this, and I don't enjoy it. I am trying to get a job, but haven't had any luck. Hopefully, I'll get something soon, before I start dreaming I am drowning in a pile of coupons!

Gaming Last Night - AD&D
A bunch of us got together to game last night. We get together about one or two Saturdays a month. I had one of those seemingly original gaming moments. My cleric used her staff of slinging to shoot a silver fork at a were bear, taking it to half its hit points!

You have got to read this article! It sounds like the premise for a very bad movie. These people are out of touch. They held a neighborhood meeting where they had to announce that they were to no longer feed the raccoons!!!! Who feeds raccoons? Uh, why do you think people secure their trash cans? To keep raccoons away. Raccoons are a nuisance. Sure they are cute, but from a distance.

My Kingdom for Some Sleep!
I have been having sleeping problems for what seems like forever. I was falling asleep on the way to and from work. Because of that, I stopped working in June and went to see a sleep specialist. The specialist scheduled me for a sleep study at the end of July, which I have since completed. They called me later that week and asked me to come in to do another sleep study at the end of August (next week). I asked them what was wrong with me and they said the doctor wouldn't talk to me about it until after my next sleep study. Wait, wait, wait. Meanwhile, I can't get any productive sleep, and I can't work. It's driving me crazy.
